I'm writing to share my sister's frustrating experience with Harkirat khangura .She mistakenly went to them for tax filing, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. Despite having $0 income last year, they charged her $80 for their service, which is excessive considering her financial situation( no doubt there is always an amount that we have to pay for any service and I agree with that too ). The high fee alone would have been disappointing, but the real issue was their complete lack of knowledge and competence. They failed to provide the necessary information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), leading to further complications and delays. This experience was both stressful and costly, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place . Save yourself the trouble and seek out a competent and reasonably priced tax professional instead. 👆 👆 The above review was an honest one I wrote for my sister as she was a newcomer at that time. It was regarding tax filing year 2023. Please take it as feedback — I have nothing negative to say. I do understand your concerns. And anyways the issue was resolved somewhere else.
